Hot Oyster Balls

I tried the Hot Oyster Balls for a beach-side party at our vacation home and belive me it was a blockbuster hit! These Hot Oyster Balls wont take much of your time too. Just check out the recipe of this lip smacking Hot Oyster Balls.
Ingredients
  Oysters 1 Pint, drained
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce/1 pinch cayenne 1 Dash
  Mace 1 Pinch
  Eggs 2
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Pour boiling water over oysters; drain well.
Finely chop.
Add onion, parsley and bread crumbs; season to taste.
Blend with 1 beaten egg and butter; chill.
Shape into tiny balls; roll in remaining beaten egg and fine crumbs.
Fry in deep hot fat at 360 degrees until browned; drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot on toothpicks.
