Ingredients
  Scallops 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Dill weed 2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wash scallops quickly, dry them between paper towels.
Beat the egg, water, and dillweed together.
Dip each scallop in the egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
Repeat this process once, then let scallops stand for 30 minutes.
Heat fat for frying in a medium-size skillet.
Fry each scallop for 3 or 4 minutes.
Drain and serve.
