|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Soft shelled crabs||8|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat butter and lemon juice in medium skillet.
On medium heat, cook crabs until browned, 5 minutes per side.
Remove crabs to a heated platter.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to pan juices, stir until slightly thickened.
Pour sauce over crabs.
Serve at once
