These Soft -Shelled Crabs are a rare treat! I tried these Soft-Shelled Crabs with rice and my mouth still waters at the memories of the taste and feel ! Experience these Soft-Shelled Crabs and tell me how you liked it.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soft shelled crabs 8
  Cornstarch/Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat butter and lemon juice in medium skillet.
On medium heat, cook crabs until browned, 5 minutes per side.
Remove crabs to a heated platter.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to pan juices, stir until slightly thickened.
Pour sauce over crabs.
Serve at once
