Seasoned Crab Cakes
|Seasoned dry breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine oil ingredients except cooking spray in a medium bowl; stir well.
Shape crabmeat mixture into 6 patties.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium heat until hot.
Add crabmeat patties, and cook until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
