Seasoned Crab Cakes is a delicious side dish which I always crave for. Try this Seasoned Crab Cakes on the coming weekend party; I bet, you will surely get a lot of compliments for this.
Ingredients
  Crabmeat 1 Pound
  Seasoned dry breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrot 1 Medium
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine oil ingredients except cooking spray in a medium bowl; stir well.
Shape crabmeat mixture into 6 patties.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium heat until hot.
Add crabmeat patties, and cook until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
