This Chicken and Shrimp dish tastes is one of the tastiest combinations of Chicken and Shrimp that I've ever enjoyed! Spongy chicken pieces with delicious shrimp poured over rice or noodles is my lunchtime favorite! Try out the dish and let me know how you've liked the Chicken and Shrimp!
Ingredients
  Dried mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frying chicken 3 Pound
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 4 Tablespoon
  Port wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked shrimp 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Soak mushrooms in water overnight.
Place chicken in paper bag with flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat shortening in skillet, brown the chicken pieces.
Add wine, chili sauce, rosemary, and mushrooms plus their liquid.
Cover; simmer until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
This can be done ahead.
When ready to serve, reheat chicken, and add the shrimp.
When all is hot, the dish is ready.
