Tuna-Cheese Log

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce
  Blue cheese 1 Ounce
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 3 Drop
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In small mixer bowl beat together the cream cheese and blue cheese.
Stir in the celery, onion, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, and tuna.
Shape the mixture into two 5-inch rolls, 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Before serving, roll in chopped pecans.
Serve with crackers.
