Salmon-Noodle Bake

Ingredients
  Diced green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of celery soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sharp process american cheese 6 Ounce
  Salmon 16 Ounce
  Noodles 4 Ounce
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In saucepan cook green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter till tender.
Add soup and milk; heat till bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add cheese; stir till melted.
Stir in salmon, drained noodles, and olives.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine crumbs and remaining butter.
Sprinkle atop casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
