Cut crab and lobster into pieces.
Combine seafood with next 6 ingredients, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Spoon into 1-quart casserole or 4 individual baking shells.
Combine 1 cup crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle around edge of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Â° till heated through, 30 to 35 minutes for casserole and 20 to 25 minutes for shells.
