Tuna-Rice Medley

Ingredients
  Unpeeled apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Condensed cream of vegetable soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Crispy rice cereal squares 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In large saucepan cook apple, celery, and onion in 1/4 cup butter till tender but not brown.
Add soup; gradually stir in milk.
Add tuna, rice, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
Combine the 2 tablespoons melted butter, crushed cereal, and curry powder; sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° till heated through, 30 minutes.
