|Canned tuna||14 Ounce|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Crispy rice cereal squares||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In large saucepan cook apple, celery, and onion in 1/4 cup butter till tender but not brown.
Add soup; gradually stir in milk.
Add tuna, rice, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
Combine the 2 tablespoons melted butter, crushed cereal, and curry powder; sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Â° till heated through, 30 minutes.
