Clam-Guacamole Dunk

Ingredients
  Avocado 2
  Canned minced clams 7 1⁄2 Ounce
  Chopped green chilies 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped canned pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sieve avocados or mash with fork till smooth.
Stir in clams, chilies, pimiento, lemon juice, onion, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; add additional salt to taste.
Chill.
Serve with crackers or crisp vegetable dippers.
