Perch-Pineapple Fingers

Ingredients
  Perch/Other fish fillets 1 Pound
  Crushed pineapple can 8 3⁄4 Ounce
  Salad dressing/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bread slice 10
Directions

Combine flaked fish, pineapple, mayonnaise, walnuts, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Chill.
Spread mixture on bread; cut each slice into 3 "fingers." Garnish with watercress or parsley, if desired.
