Tuna-Tomato Stars

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Sliced sweet pickle 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Diced canned pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 4 Medium
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Break tuna in chunks; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add mayonnaise, eggs, sweet pickle, onion, pimiento, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; mix gently.
Chill.
With stem end down, cut each tomato into 6 wedges, cutting to, but not through, base of tomato.
Spread wedges apart slightly; sprinkle cut surfaces lightly with salt.
Fill with tuna salad; serve on lettuce.
