Lobster-Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen cut asparagus 10 Ounce
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Canned lobster 5 Ounce
  Soft bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook frozen asparagus according to package directions; drain.
Arrange asparagus in 10x6x-13/4-inch baking dish.
Arrange egg slices atop asparagus.
Combine sour cream, Parmesan cheese, milk, lemon juice, salt, and hot pepper sauce; fold in lobster.
Pour over eggs and asparagus.
Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350° till heated through, 20 to 25 minutes.
