Seafood Marinade

Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fruit juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (tart)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Hot sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour hot marinade over cooked seafood.
Cool to room temperature.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
Serve seafood in marinade.
