Fall From Grace, Tequila Prawn Fajitas
|Spot prawns||2 Pound (These Are Amazing I Get Them Locally In Seattle And Almost Taste Like Lobster.)|
|Tequila||2 Ounce (2 Shots Of House Tequila)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|White onions||2 , sliced|
|Bell peppers||3 (Use Red And Yellow Variety)|
|Flour tortillas||1 (As Required)|
Combine tequila, squeezed limes, cayenne pepper, cumin, chopped jalapeno in a big freezer bag. Let them marinate in fridge for 3 hours. Chop Onion and Bell Peppers and grill them in a large cast iron pan on high for about 5 to 7 minutes. Combine Prawns to pan for only a couple minutes the lime should have cooked them already. Your just getting them to brown a bit. Garnish with cilantro and I usually have some extra raw jalapeno for some extra kick. I also serve with Yellow Rice and a Cold beer. Cheers... and Enjoy!
