Ingredients
  Beef tvp/Chicken tvp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tvp 1 Cup (16 tbs), rehydrated
  Spring roll wrapper 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chicken/Beef 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs), rehydrated (Thrive)
  Potato 1 Cup (16 tbs), rehydrated (Thrive)
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1 Pint (For Deep Frying)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a sauce pan, heat oil to fry.

MAKING
2) In a fry pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion until done.
3) Add carrot, TVP, and potato to the pan and cook for few minutes.
4) Stir in green onions, salt and pepper.
5) Add soy sauce and stir well.
6) Take spring roll wrappers and put 2 tablespoons of the filling.
7) Wet the edges of the wrapper and roll the wrapper sealing the edges.
8) Fry the spring roll on medium-high until golden brown. Drain.

SERVING
9) Serve the Lumpia with sauce or dip of your choice.
