Fish Stuffing

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Small, finely chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 4 Medium, minced
  Celery heart 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 4
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, place carrots and cover with boiling water, simmer for 10 minutes and drain
2. In a saucepan, add butter, mushrooms and celery and cook for 10 minutes, then stir in the flour and cook 2 to 3 minutes more, remove from heat
3. In a bowl, combine milk and egg yolks, and whip with a fork to blend it stir into vegetable mixture, and heat it, also stir till mixture thickens
4. Cool and chill the mixture

SERVING
5. Serve with bread or stuffed in bread
