Chilled Oysters with a Cucumber Mint Sauce

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled, seeded and finely diced
  Fresh mint 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon, coarsely ground
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shucked oysters 24 , chilled
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredeints together and set aside for at least 15 to 20 minutes
2. In a serving dish, pour the mixture

SERVING
3. Serve the mixture as a dipping sauce with the chilled oysters
