|Lump crabmeat||2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Old bay seafood||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1) ake a blender, add all the ingredients except breadcrumbs and blitz till mixed well.
2)Take a bowl,add the mixture and blend the breadcrumbs into it.
3)Pat into small cakes and fry until lightly golden on both side.
4)Serve with lemon wedges immediately.
