Fricassee Of Scallops, Shrimp, Oysters, And Blue Crab

Ingredients
  Shrimp 12 Large, deveined and peeled
  Sea scallops 16 Large
  Water 2 Pint (4 Cups)
  Shallots 4 , minced
  White pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fettuccine 24 Ounce, cooked
  Oysters 16 , shucked and drained
  Jumbo lump crabmeat 8 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1)In a large saucepan, add water and seasonings. Now add the shrimp,scallops and shallots.
2)Bring to a boil and keep stirring.
3)Quickly reduce to simmer, till the shrimp turns pink and gets firm.
4)Remove shrimps and scallops and set aside.
5)Now boil the stock till it is reduced to half.
6)Pour the cream and cook til it begins to thicken and ensure to stir constantly.
7)Toss the fettucine and cook over a high heat till the sauce is thick,keep tossing to mix well.
8)Add the shrimps,scallops,oysters and toss with the fettucine.
9)Add the crabmeat and toss for another 30 seconds

SERVING
10) Serve with a green salad.
