Microwave Seafood Strada
|Fresh bread cubes||3 Cup (48 tbs) (4 slices)|
|Canned shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Canned crab||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a large microwave proof dish, place half of bread cubes.
2. In another bowl, place the seafood, celery, onions, soup, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Pour this mixture over the bread cubes. Place the rest of the bread cubes over the seafood mixture
3. In another bowl, mix the milk and eggs and pour over the seafood and the cubes. Cook the casserole on MEDIUM (5) for 30 to 35 minutes while turning the dish once. Sprinkle with cheese and cook on ROAST (7) for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
4. Serve hot
