Crab Cakes

Try out this new way to prepare your favorite dish, Crab Cakes . A rather simple way to indulge in a gourmet treat! So just give this Crab Cakes a try!
Ingredients
  Chopped potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crab meat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Put potatoes and milk in top part of a double boiler and cook over boiling water until tender.
Add seasonings.
Flake crab meat and add to potato mixture.
Beat in eggs.
Drop mixture from a tablespoon onto a hot well greased griddle or heavy frying pan.
Brown on both sides and serve hot with plenty of tartar sauce.
