|Chopped potatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crab meat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
Put potatoes and milk in top part of a double boiler and cook over boiling water until tender.
Flake crab meat and add to potato mixture.
Beat in eggs.
Drop mixture from a tablespoon onto a hot well greased griddle or heavy frying pan.
Brown on both sides and serve hot with plenty of tartar sauce.
