|Cream of celery soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned crab meat||7 Ounce|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Pimento||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
1)In a bowl, mix together soup and sour cream.
2)Add milk, crab meat, parsley, pimento, salt, pepper and rice.
3)Take a shallow baking dish and put the mixture into it.
4)Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
5)Serve the crab-rice casserole immediately.
