Seafood Stuffed Avocados
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Tuna fish/Cooked seafood||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Sandwich spread||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Peel avocados, cut in half lengthwise, dip in lemon juice and sprinkle with salt.
Break tuna fish into pieces and toss with celery, lemon juice, salt, sandwich spread and mayonnaise.
Fill avocados with fish mixture.
Arrange 6 lettuce cups on chop plate and place stuffed avocado on each.
