If you fancy something a bit different, try out this incredibly delicious Seafood Stuffed Avocados. Follow this simple recipe and show off your culinary skills with this Seafood Stuffed Avocados.
Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Tuna fish/Cooked seafood 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sandwich spread 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Peel avocados, cut in half lengthwise, dip in lemon juice and sprinkle with salt.
Chill.
Break tuna fish into pieces and toss with celery, lemon juice, salt, sandwich spread and mayonnaise.
Fill avocados with fish mixture.
Arrange 6 lettuce cups on chop plate and place stuffed avocado on each.
