Italian Pasta With Conch
|Conch meat||3⁄4 Pound, chopped like a potato chip|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Canned tomato sauce||28 Ounce|
|Canned tomato paste||3 Ounce|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a bowl, put the meat.
In a shallow pan, add olive oil.
Add onions to the pan, cook until it is translucent.
Add salt, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and basil to the onions.
Stir them well.
Add conch to the tomato mixture.
Lower the heat, cover the pan with a lid.
Simmer for an hour.
Cook pasta according to package direction.
Pour in a serving dish.
Top with conch sauce.
