Seafood Mold

If you fancy something a bit different, try out this incredibly delicious Seafood Mold. Follow this simple recipe and show off your culinary skills with this Seafood Mold.
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked flaked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold milk in top of double boiler.
Put over boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Combine egg yolks, salt, mustard and Tabasco and beat slightly.
Add small amount of the milk to the egg yolk mixture and return to the double boiler.
Cook over hot, not boiling water, stirring con- stantly until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and cool.
Stir in lemon juice and fish.
Turn into large mold and chill until firm.
Unmold and garnish with water cress and sliced stuffed green olives.
