|Green pepper||1⁄2 , minced|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken bouillon/Chicken consomme||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned shrimps||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and rinsed (1 can)|
|Canned lobster||5 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Canned crabmeat||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
1 In a pan, add butter and cook onion and green pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.
2 Add the curry powder and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes.
3 Stir in the flour.
4 Gradually blend in the bouillon and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
5 Add the next 4 ingredients and throughly heat.
6 Can be served over rice.
