Curried Shellfish

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , minced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon/Chicken consomme 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Canned shrimps 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and rinsed (1 can)
  Canned lobster 5 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Canned crabmeat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 can)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, add butter and cook onion and green pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.
2 Add the curry powder and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes.
3 Stir in the flour.
4 Gradually blend in the bouillon and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
5 Add the next 4 ingredients and throughly heat.

SERVING
6 Can be served over rice.
