Clam-Mushroom Appetizers

These amazingly delicious Clam-Mushroom Appetizers are any seafood lover's dream come true. Delicious flavors and aromas all there to please your senses. You are going to fall in love with it at the veery sight itself
Ingredients
  Clams 1 Can (10 oz), minced (Drained Reserving Liquid)
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, grated
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Celery salt 1 Teaspoon
  Mushroom caps 1 Dozen
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a blender container and combine cottage cheese and clams in it. Blend the mixture.
2) Add garlic salt, onion, celery salt, clam juice and Worcestershire sauce. Blend the mixture until smooth.
3) Fill the mushroom caps with prepared mixture and broil for some time.

SERVING
4) Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
