|Clams||1 Can (10 oz), minced (Drained Reserving Liquid)|
|Cottage cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, grated|
|Garlic salt||1 Dash|
|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Mushroom caps||1 Dozen|
1) Take a blender container and combine cottage cheese and clams in it. Blend the mixture.
2) Add garlic salt, onion, celery salt, clam juice and Worcestershire sauce. Blend the mixture until smooth.
3) Fill the mushroom caps with prepared mixture and broil for some time.
4) Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
