Seafood A La King On Toast

This is a surprisingly simple recipe for Seafood a la King - unusually rich and delicious with flavors most of us like to savor. This Seafood a la King is a great appetizer to serve for special occasions.
Ingredients
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 2 , beaten
  Egg 1
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked seafood 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Toast squares 6
Directions

MAKING
1) In a frying pan, add in the butter and cook the green pepper till soft
2) Add in the flour, dry mustard and salt
3) Then add in the tomato juice, egg, milk and cook over a low heat stirring continually till thick
4) Take off from the heat and add in the cheese
5) Add in the flaked seafood meat and heat gently to warm through

SERVING
6) Serve the seafood mixture on toasts
