New Brunswick Crab Ball

Ingredients
  Crab meat 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream cheese 250 Gram (1 package)
  Green onions 15 Milliliter
  Tabasco sauce 1 Milliliter
  Salt 2 Milliliter
  Pecans 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped pecans 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Drain off the excess fluids and flake crab meat, soften cheese and mix in other ingredients.
2) Make the shape of a ball and dredge in nuts and parsley.

SERVING
3) Serve with crackers or chips.
