Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Large, pared and sliced thin to make 3 cups
  Onion 1 Large, chopped to make 1 cup
  Green pepper 1 Large, halved, seeded and cubed
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaf 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato clam cocktail 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Frozen cod 1 Pound, partially thawed (1 Package)
  Frozen deveined shelled raw shrimps 1 Pound (1 Package)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy kettle, Melt margarine and saute potayoes, onions and green peppers; add salt, thyme, pepper and tomato-clam cocktail and heat till it begins to boil
2. Cut the cord into chunks one inch long and add to the kettle, cover and simmer for ten minutes
3. Ad shrimps, cook another ten minutes and add in parsley

SERVING
4. Ladle into soup bowls and serve
