Oyster Or Clam Stuffing For Fish

Ingredients
  Chopped oysters/Clams 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fine cracker crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pickle 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix ingredients in order given, adding more water if stuffing seems dry.
2. Oyster or clam liquor may be substituted for part of the water.
