Seafood Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Tuna fish/Other cooked seafood 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sandwich spread 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Peel and cut avocados in half lengthwise and discard stones.
2) Marinate in lemon juice and salt and let it chill.

MAKING
3) Take a bowl, break in tuna flakes, and toss with lemon juice, celery, sandwich spread, salt, and mayonnaise.
4) Stuff avocados with fish filling.

SERVING
5) Take a chop plate, arrange 6 lettuce cups, and place stuffed avocado on each.
