Mock Crab Cakes

Ingredients
  Squash zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled
  Seasoned bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Old bay seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Form mixture into individual serving pat-tics, then roll in bread crumbs.
Fry patties in butter flavored Crisco until crispy and golden brown.
