Lazy Friday Casserole
|Milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Cooking sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Packaged precooked rice||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Canned shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and split lengthwise (1 Can)|
|Canned lobster||5 Ounce, drained, cut up (1 Can)|
|Canned minced clams||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned broiled sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 2/3 Cup)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced garlic||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Toasted slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Stir milk and sherry into soup.
Add rice, shrimp, drained lobster, minced clams, mushrooms, parsley flakes, and garlic.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika and almonds; dot with butter.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
