Shrimp, Scallops And Green Olives

Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 Pound
  Scallops 1⁄2 Pound
  Pineapple chunks 1 Can (10 oz)
  Stuffed olives 1 Can (10 oz)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Remove the shrimp shells and devein them. Rinse and clean them
2)Wash the scallops. Slice them into pieces. Make 4 pieces if they are large and 2 pieces if they are small.

MAKING
3)Remove the pineapple and olives from the can and drain them.
4)Take the skewers. Thread two shrimps alternating with scallops, pineapple and olives.
5)In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add in lemon juice and seasonings to it.
6)Using a brush, apply the lemon-butter over the skewers.
7)Line the skewers over the hot coals.
8)Broil each side for 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Baste with lemon-butter every time the skewers are turned.

SERVING
8)Remove the skewers from heat and serve hot.
