Ingredients
  Bread slices 2 , crusts removed
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Crabmeat 1 Pound, flaked, with fibers removed (Fresh / Canned)
  Fish herb blend 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk.
Press out excess milk.
Mix with remaining ingredients except fat and shape into cakes.
Fry until brown.
