Shrimp Stuffing

Ingredients
  Minced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 4 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Lightly Packed Day Old)
  Cooked shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Canned)
Directions

Cook the onion and celery in the butter until tender.
Add the crumbs, and brown very slightly.
Then add shrimp which have been, chopped, after removing the black vein.
Use to stuff a 5 1/2 lb cod, haddock, or other fish that is to be baked.
