|Bread crumbs||12 Cup (192 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), minced|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oysters||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained and chopped (Fresh Quick Frozen Or Canned Oysters)|
1. Mix the crumbs in a large bowl with the salt and poultry seasoning.
2. Saute the celery and onion in the butter or margarine in a frying pan. After these vegetables have cooked 3 minutes, add the thoroughly drained, dried and chopped oysters.
3. Turn these ingredients into the bowl containing the crumbs and toss lightly with a fork and spoon until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
4. Use in turkey, chicken or other fowl.
