Quick Chilled Seafood Bisque

Ingredients
  Condensed clam chowder 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked lobster/Crabmeat/ half of each, cooked, canned / frozen 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

1.Combine the soup, water, and onion, and simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
Force through a sieve or put in a blender and blend 30 seconds.
2.Stir in the lobster or crab and cream and mix well.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve with a garnish of minced chives or parsley, or a few small shrimp.
