Thai Yum Tar Lay

A seafood lover’s dream come true. This Yum Tar Lay recipe combines seafood in a salad and provides you a nourishing and delicious dish quick and easy. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you.
Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Fresh mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chilli 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Red onion 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Seafood mix 1 Pound
Directions

Take a pan and add 5 cups water to it. Bring to a boil. Add the seafood mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Take out and rinse with cold water.
Take another bowl. Add the cooked seafood mix, chopped onion, chilli, sugar, red onion, fish sauce and lime juice. Mix well. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
