Seafood Angel Hair
|Uncooked angel hair pasta||12 Ounce|
|Uncooked medium shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh tomatoes||2 1⁄2 Pound, chopped (About 8 Medium)|
|Reduced sodium chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Reduced sodium chicken bouillon granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Imitation crabmeat||8 Ounce, chopped (1 Package)|
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute the shrimp and garlic in oil for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, combine the tomatoes, chicken broth, sugar, chicken bouillon, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Stir in the crab and reserved shrimp; heat through.
Drain the pasta; serve with the seafood mixture
