Calamari Cocktail

Ingredients
  Cleaned cooked squid 4 Ounce, sliced into rounds
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh flat leaf parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 2 (For Garnish)
  Lemon slices 5 (For Garnish)
Directions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except parsley sprigs and lemon slices.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
