|Cooked shrimp/White fish||1⁄2 Pound, cooled|
|Butter||1⁄2 Pound, softened|
|Curry powder||1 Pinch|
|Melba rounds/Crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mince the shrimp or white fish.
Cream butter; season with salt, pepper, and curry.
Add shrimp to butter mixture.
Spread on melba rounds or crackers.
