Seafood Velvety

Ingredients
  Cooked shrimp/White fish 1⁄2 Pound, cooled
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound, softened
  Curry powder 1 Pinch
  Melba rounds/Crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mince the shrimp or white fish.
Cream butter; season with salt, pepper, and curry.
Add shrimp to butter mixture.
Spread on melba rounds or crackers.
