Abalone With Oyster Sauce

  Abalone 1 Can (10 oz)
  Blanched lettuce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Blanched broccoli 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (From Abalone)
  Salad oil 2 Teaspoon
  Cooking sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 2 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Teaspoon (Bottled)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Dash
  Sesame oil 2 Drop

Slice the abalone into 1-inch pieces.
Blanch lettuce by boiling for 1 minute and blanch broccoli by boiling 5 minutes.
Mix together cornstarch and the juice from the abalone.
Heat oil.
Pour in sherry, broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Pour in cornstarch mixture, stirring until the juice thickens; add the sesame oil.
Add abalone and boil an additional 30 seconds.
Place abalone mixture on lettuce and broccoli.
