Shoreline Stuffing For Fish

Ingredients
  Whole fish 6 Pound, cleaned (1 Whole Fish, 4 To 6 Pound)
  Cracker 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Diced pickles 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped bermuda onion 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except fish.
Stuff fish.
This makes a dry crumbly dressing.
For a more moist dressing, use stale bread crumbs and 1 beaten egg.
