Grilled Skewered Shellfish

Ingredients
  Lemon garlic butter sauce/Lime butter sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Squid 4 Medium, cleaned
  Shrimp 24 Medium
  Scallops 24
  Cherry tomatoes 24
  Mushrooms 24
  Red onion 1 Large, cut into 12 pieces
Directions

Preheat grill; grease rack.
Prepare Lemon-Garlic-Butter Sauce or Lime-Butter Sauce.
Cut body of squid in 1-inch slices.
On 12 metal skewers, thread squid pieces alternately with shrimp, scallops, tomatoes, mushrooms and onion pieces.
Place on greased rack 4 to 6 inches above hot coals or high heat; generously brush with butter sauce.
Basting with butter sauce and turning skewers once or twice, grill 5 to 10 minutes or until shrimp become firm and turn pink.
