  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped
  Crabmeat 250 Milliliter, well drained (1 Cup)
  Scallops 3⁄4 Pound (375 Gram)
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined (250 Gram)
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can, 796 Milliliter)
  Tomato paste 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Grated gruyere cheese 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Heat butter in large frying pan.
Add garlic, crabmeat, scallops and shrimp; season well.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium-low heat.
Mix in tomatoes, correct seasoning and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste and cook 1 minute over medium heat.
Pour mixture into large ovenproof dish.
Top with parsley and cheese.
Broil in oven until golden brown.
