|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Crabmeat||250 Milliliter, well drained (1 Cup)|
|Scallops||3⁄4 Pound (375 Gram)|
|Shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined (250 Gram)|
|Canned tomatoes||28 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can, 796 Milliliter)|
|Tomato paste||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Grated gruyere cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
Heat butter in large frying pan.
Add garlic, crabmeat, scallops and shrimp; season well.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium-low heat.
Mix in tomatoes, correct seasoning and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste and cook 1 minute over medium heat.
Pour mixture into large ovenproof dish.
Top with parsley and cheese.
Broil in oven until golden brown.
