3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), or flaked (Cooked / Canned, Drained Fish, Crab Or Shrimp)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add tomato sauce, and stir well.
Chill until mixture is thick and syrupy; then fold in celery and seafood.
Pour into a shallow 8-inch square pan; cover and chill until firm (at least 3 hours).
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with a dollop of mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika.
