Chicken And Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chopped shallot 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, diced (500 Gram)
  Shrimp 24 Large, shelled and deveined
  Chicken breasts 2 , skinned, halved, boned, meat cut in 1 inch chunks
  Cooked elbow macaroni 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Tomato sauce 125 Milliliter, heated (1/2 Cup)
  Brown sauce 250 Milliliter, heated (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place butter, shallot, mushrooms, shrimp and chicken in casserole.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Season well and mix.
Add remaining ingredients and finish microwaving 5 minutes covered.
