|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped shallot||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Mushrooms||1 Pound, diced (500 Gram)|
|Shrimp||24 Large, shelled and deveined|
|Chicken breasts||2 , skinned, halved, boned, meat cut in 1 inch chunks|
|Cooked elbow macaroni||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Tomato sauce||125 Milliliter, heated (1/2 Cup)|
|Brown sauce||250 Milliliter, heated (1 Cup)|
Place butter, shallot, mushrooms, shrimp and chicken in casserole.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Season well and mix.
Add remaining ingredients and finish microwaving 5 minutes covered.
